I'm Alejandra, Founder of 10X Cloud Value and a Senior Salesforce Consultant.
After almost two decades of hands-on experience building and leading Salesforce Centers of Excellence for Deloitte, Freddie Mac, and Teleperformance, I created "The Salesforce COE Bootcamp", a program specifically designed to empower Salesforce customers get way more value from this powerful platform in just weeks, not months.
I believe in giving back to this community and investing in future Trailblazers. Therefore, I'm currently engaged with multiple nonprofit organizations helping them make a greater impact throught strategic alignment, technology optimization and operational excellence.
When I'm not helping Salesforce customers reach their digital transformations, you'll find me diving somewhere in the ocean.

PRIOR LEADERSHIP ROLES
As Managing Director, I led the Global Salesforce Center of Excellence, a team of 200 Trailblazers responsible for strategy, delivery, operations and the Mulesoft C4E. Together, we transformed how Deloitte does business using the platform created value for multiple Business Areas, Member Firms and transformational programs like global CRM. We enabled strategic initivates and investments as part of the 360° Alliance with Salesforce.
As CRM Director, I built the Salesforce COE, a Business + IT team of "black-belts" transforming how Freddie Mac improves the way they serve millions of customers and empowers employees to adopt new ways of working. As Product Owner, I drove the Salesforce transformation roadmap across the Single-Family and Investment Capital Markets areas which helped increase market share, improve customer and employee satisfaction.
I served as VP of Global Business Intelligence and CRM Strategy. I had the privilege to build this practice from scratch and led teams across 3 continents. Together, we helped Teleperformance become the undisputed world leader in BPO Customer Experience by producing actionable insights powered by Salesforce and developing growth strategies that enabled the Executive Leadership and Sales teams make better decisions.
